Definitely worth it to watch even though it's expensive! It's awesome beyond words. Wonder if I can watch any musical with such great statistics in Singapore again.
The songs were beautiful, especially those sang by Mr Phantom. He got a real damn solid voice with several octaves. Cool beyong description. I can only listen and listen when he sings. Fantastic singer.
The props were really cool and multi-purpose. The boat the Phantom steered was also a bed! Plus, the boat really seemed to be rowed! The effects are really good! Plus the lighting! Gave me a shock once in a while whenever the Phantom appears. Bright blue flash lights flashing all over. There were also loads and loads of candles. Very very pretty! Not to forget an elephant in the beginning. Hilarious!
The sound effects were great great great!!! Especially when the Phantom goes into hidding. U can hear his voice suddenly from the top left of the theatre, right, then the stage. Decieving and marvelous!
The clothes those singers wore. Soooo pretty! So elaborate. I imagine making 1 will take mths. The clothes really blend very well with the lighting. Flashing different colours each time, all so shiny and pretty and complicated and ... awesome! I'm running out of vocabulary. Dotz.
Overall, The Phantom of the Opera rocks to the core! I'm gonna learn to play ALL the songs as soon as the sun comes out. Muahahahahaha!
